Homemade Chocolate Walnut Caramel Clusters
Here are the ingredients for the Chocolate Walnut Caramel Clusters: - 1/2 cup lightly toasted walnuts
- 12 caramel squares
- 4 oz chocolate, melted
Place a few toasted walnuts and a caramel square in each muffin cup.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, Take a spoon and press caramel squares onto walnuts.
Dip into melted chocolate or place a tablespoon of chocolate on silicon mat and place a caramel nut cluster on top and drizzle with chocolate.

Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 milk
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Butter the ramekins. Add a layer of the sliced potatoes.
2. Sprinkle the potatoes some of the flour mixture.
3. Add another layer of potatoes on top.
4. Sprinkle with the remaining flour mixture.
5. Add a final layer of sliced potatoes.
6. Mix the milk and sour cream together. Pour the mixture over each of the ramekins, filling them. Dot each one with butter.
7. Sprinkle each one with shredded cheddar cheese.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a skewer can easily be inserted into the potatoes.

1 egg
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Using a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment. Mix ingredients until ingredients form into a ball and pull away from sides of bowl.
2. Place dough in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
3. Once doubled, divide the dough into twelve pieces. Cut each piece into three pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Drop three dough balls into each greased muffin cup. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
4. Brush with melted butter and place in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until done. Brush with a little more melted butter.
