Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 milk
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

1. Combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Butter the ramekins. Add a layer of the sliced potatoes.

2. Sprinkle the potatoes some of the flour mixture.

3. Add another layer of potatoes on top.

4. Sprinkle with the remaining flour mixture.

5. Add a final layer of sliced potatoes.
6. Mix the milk and sour cream together. Pour the mixture over each of the ramekins, filling them. Dot each one with butter.
7. Sprinkle each one with shredded cheddar cheese.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a skewer can easily be inserted into the potatoes.
