Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
1 egg
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Using a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment. Mix ingredients until ingredients form into a ball and pull away from sides of bowl.
2. Place dough in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
3. Once doubled, divide the dough into twelve pieces. Cut each piece into three pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Drop three dough balls into each greased muffin cup. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
4. Brush with melted butter and place in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until done. Brush with a little more melted butter.
