Funnel Cakes

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tablespoons of sugar
2/3 cups of milk
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions:

Beat the egg and milk together. Now mix all the other ingredients together. Next you can add the egg mixture, slowly beating it until the mixture turns smooth.

You now need to use the funnel to pour the batter into the hot oil. Pour from the center towards the outer side. When the mixture turns golden brown and crispy enough you can remove it from the oil. You can also sprinkle some powdered sugar over it and it is then ready to serve.
