This recipe was made about two week ago, (originally posted on my other blog). I made an easy banana pudding recipe taught to me by my mother. For this recipe I use vanilla wafers, instant pudding mix, milk, and bananas.
I prepared the instant pudding mix using the milk, according to the instructions on the pudding mix. Then, I lined the bottom and sides of the ramekins with mini vanilla wafers.
Then, I spooned some of the pudding over the cookies and added a few slices of banana on top.
I spooned some more pudding over the bananas.
Then, added some more cookies on top.
After, refrigerating them until they are well chilled; I garnish them with whipped cream, cookie crumbs, and a chocolate leaf decoration.

I really like this idea. I'm trying to eat lighter and lose a few pounds, so if I made a sugarfree pudding, this would be a great dessert!
